Give and Goal

This drill can be used as a warm up or as a fitness drill, by altering the time each player works in the give and goal area.

Set up the drill as in the animation with 8 players and 2 goal keepers.

The drill works simply by each player receiving a ball from the coach and working a series of ” 1-2′s” down the line before shooting for a goal.

They immediately run and perform the same on the opposite side. This continues for a set period, depending on what is being worked on.

You can increase the intensity for the goal keepers by having 4 players in the middle.
