Drill of the Week: Hand In

nnnnnn This drill works on one skill - getting the hand in to knock the ball away from the receiving player.Set up the drill as in the animation, with 1 feeder, 1 receiver and 1 defender.

The defender should take up a position tight behind the receiver. The Receiver must try to get free to receive a pass. The defender must get a hand in to know the ball away as the pass comes to the receiver.

Run the drill for a minute and then switch roles
