Quick Quick Hands

This drill can be used as part of a warm up or to develop quick hands, awareness of the runner, and fitness within your team

Split you group into 3s. Each group should work between the endline and the 21.

The player in the middle must use quick hands and quick feet to get the ball to the runner.

The runner should not have to break stride.

Work for 30 seconds and then change the rolls.

The player on the outside should use this as a recovery period, yet must maintain concentration to receive and pass the ball.
